I bring a combination of both professional training and my own personal journey through mental health and addiction challenges. Personal healing, career changes, and addiction recovery have been part of my own journey and I openly share from what I've experienced and learned.

Effective Counselling and Coaching requires a trusting relationship. You have the right to ask me questions about my background and approach before we begin any service, and you have complete control over whether we contunue to work together based on your experience, satisfaction and results seeing me. If you pre-pay for hours of service or a package, I guarantee a refund for any unused portion of the services if you do not want to continue.
